THINGS TO SEE TODAY

A Brazilian buys the Gherkin

Not just any Brazilian, of course. We are taking about Joseph Safra, worth an estimated £10.7bn according to Forbes, one of the reasons he could spend more than £700m on the Gherkin alone.

The investment is just another foreign move into London's property market which continues to attract investments from abroad. I always called the Gherkin 'Pepino' anyways. There you go.
